Goodwood Park: Out of Bounds
Beyond all boundary fences and hedges, beyond the gravel path behind the 14th, and beyond the white stakes right of the 14th approximately 20 yards from the green is out of bounds under Rule 18.2.
Goodwood Park: Penalty Areas
Penalty areas on the Park Course are defined by red stakes/markings; Rule 17 applies.
Goodwood Park: Abnormal Course Conditions
White-lined areas, roads, constructed paths, irrigation covers and sprinkler heads, staked young trees and animal holes are treated as abnormal course conditions/immovable obstructions with Rule 16 relief.
Goodwood Park: Movable Obstructions
Stones in bunkers are movable obstructions under Rule 15.2.
Goodwood Park: Park Course Tree Planting
If a ball touches or lies on a staked tree, or the tree interferes with swing, stance or line of play, free relief must be taken at the nearest point of relief, no nearer the hole, within one club-length.
Goodwood Park: Preferred Lies
Preferred lies are not generally in operation except on hole 10. Where applicable, a ball in fairway-height-or-less general area may be placed once in the specified relief area, not nearer the hole.
