No preferred lies
The official guidance states that preferred lies are not used.
Course objects
Signs, stakes, ropes and other course objects are treated as immovable obstacles with free relief under Rule 16.1a.
Flagstick
Do not touch the flag or flagstick, except an angled flagstick may be straightened or held straight with a putter.
Ball search time
The maximum time allowed to search for a ball is three minutes.
