OOB, relief and temporary rules
Hole 14 OOB follows the course-side asphalt edge. Washed-out bunker channels are ground under repair with Rule 16.1c relief; roads, paths, posts, distance markers, signs, benches and bins are immovable obstructions with Rule 16.1 relief. The published sheep-fence procedure and E5 apply where stated.
