Abnormal Course Conditions
Specified benches, hydrants, water pipes, sprinkler heads, inspection covers, shelters, gas valves, fences, stiles and braces are abnormal course conditions where Rule 16 relief applies.
Out of Bounds
Out of bounds is defined by the surrounding fences and specified white-post or boundary features, including the car park, roads and paths, the ditch right of the 9th, the area behind the 1st green and the posted area south of the clubhouse.
