Out of bounds markers and areas
White walls, fences, lines, stakes and white-painted sleepers define out of bounds; the practice area, clubhouse, hole 1 flowerbed, hole 8 lake and water tank right of hole 9 tee are also out of bounds.
Ground under repair markers
Blue stakes, blue flags or surrounding white lines define ground under repair.
Immovable obstructions
Asphalt, concrete and gravel-finished paths, plus fixed bins, ball washers, benches, fountains, sprinklers, covers and signs are immovable obstructions.
Electric fence
The electric fence is an immovable obstruction, but no free relief is available when it is out of bounds; handling its cables and posts is prohibited.
Animal-hole stance restriction
Model Local Rule F-6 applies: there is no interference when an animal hole affects only the player’s stance.
Aeration-hole relief
Temporary Model Local Rule E-4 provides relief for aeration holes in the general area and on the green, subject to the stated interference limits.
Preferred lies
Temporary Model Local Rule E-3 allows one penalty-free placement within a scorecard length on fairway-height-or-lower general area, not nearer the hole.

Washed-out bunker channels, deep vehicle ruts, supported trees and marked white-green areas behind hole 7 green and hole 10 front tee are abnormal conditions; gravel drainage ditches are included.
Wild-boar damage
In the general area, damage caused by wild boar is treated as ground under repair, but stance-only interference does not qualify.
