Course Character
The course is unusual because its two nines feel completely different: open racecourse terrain and water hazards on the front, then narrower tree-lined holes on the back. The official scorecard publishes hole-specific Local Rules, including racecourse boundaries, penalty-area drop zones and obstruction relief. Southwell Golf Club is an 18-hole, par-70 course established in 1993 on the Southwell Racecourse estate.
