Local Rules
Placing on fairways
On all fairways, the ball must be marked, lifted by hand and placed within one club-length.
Immovable obstructions
Distance markers, owl poles and wooden constructions inside the boundary fences are immovable obstructions; take free relief under the applicable Rule 16 procedure, not nearer the hole.
Protection of fauna
Players must protect the fauna and flora; snakes on the course must not be killed or injured.
Out of bounds
Out of bounds is defined by the white markers at the listed hole sides, all fences, the clubhouse, parking areas and the putting green at holes 9 and 18.
Young trees
Young trees marked with poles or under 2 metres high are Ground Under Repair and compulsory relief must be taken.
Ground under repair
Areas marked with white chalk are GUR. If the area interferes with lie, stance or swing, take relief from the designated drop zone, or under the applicable abnormal-course-condition rule when none exists.
Groove around greens
If the groove around a green interferes with play, the ball may be lifted without penalty and placed at the nearest non-nearer position avoiding the condition; the flag must be attended.
No dogs and cell phones
Dogs are not allowed on the course or in the clubhouse. Cell phones are strictly forbidden on the course and in the clubhouse.

The layout is compact but visually varied: tight bush-lined tee shots, downhill and uphill holes, a two-tier green and coastal weather all shape the round. Protect position on holes 1, 3, 5 and 6, and enjoy the course’s distinctive coastal landscape. Major Risks
Protected areas Biotopes and no-play zones can remove the direct line and require rule-based relief. Boundary holes Out of bounds affects holes 9, 10 and 13–18, including roads and paths on 17 and 18.

Before tee-off Review the marked out-of-bounds holes, especially 17 and 18. Boundaries Never play from or enter a green-headed no-play zone. Biotopes Know the hole 4 drop-zone condition before choosing relief. Water Coastal bush and changing elevation make position important: favour accuracy, account for wind, and protect the tighter approaches.
