French-drain relief
French drains, whether containing gravel or not, receive free relief under Rule 16.1.
Hole 18 behind-green OB
On hole 18, a ball on the cart path or beyond the cart path behind the green is out of bounds.
Hole 5 behind-green OB
On hole 5, a ball behind the green over the wood piling or on the dirt area between the wood pilings is out of bounds.
OB boundary features
Homeowner fences, maintenance-yard walls, the driving range and public roads define out of bounds.
Immovable obstructions
Concrete water housings, block or rock retaining walls and power poles are immovable obstructions with free relief under Rule 16.1.
Red penalty areas and channel holes
All water ponds, concrete water channels and Acacia bushes are red penalty areas. On holes 7, 8 and 11, the penalty area begins at the redline or concrete-channel fairway edge and extends to the course boundary.
Overhead power-line replay
A ball that strikes an elevated power line must be replayed without penalty under Model Local Rule E-11.
Sprinkler-head relief
If the sprinkler head is within two club lengths of the green and the ball is within two club lengths of it in a closely mown area, free line-of-play relief applies.

Golf attire policy
Appropriate golf clothing including collared shirts is required; denim, gym shorts, cut-offs, beach/swim wear, T-shirts, halter and tank tops are prohibited.
24-hour cancellation
Reserved tee-time cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
Golf-cart damage responsibility
The player accepts responsibility for cart damage while the cart is in their possession and must return it in the same condition.
Outside food and cooler policy
Outside food and beverages, including outside coolers, are prohibited on the golf course.
Pace-of-play management
The course reserves the right to move slow groups forward to maintain an acceptable pace of play.
No spectators policy
Spectators are not allowed on the golf course, except for course-discretion exceptions during certain tournaments or events.
Twilight incomplete-round policy
Twilight rounds may not reach 18 holes before darkness or course closing; the course states it will not provide a rain check or refund for an incomplete twilight round.
