No-play zones – blue stake with green top
Areas marked by blue stakes with green tops, newly seeded or bare areas and active work areas are no-play zones requiring relief without penalty.
Hole 13 restricted area and drop zone
The newly seeded area right before hole 13 green is restricted; if the ball is known or virtually certain to be there, use Rule 16.1b or the marked drop zone without entering the area.
Hole 1 drop zone
For a ball in the red penalty area near tee 48 on hole 1, the mat drop zone is an additional one-stroke option.
Hole 13 left side out of bounds
The entire area left of the road and out of bounds on hole 13 is subject to the restricted-access conduct rule.
Swan hazard relief
Full relief without penalty is available for dangerous interference by a swan; if the ball is in a penalty area, relief must be taken there or under the penalty-area rule.
