USGA rules govern all play except where modified by local rules.
Cart paths
Keep carts on surface paths around all tees and greens and avoid soft spots.
Cart driver
Carts must be driven by an adult.
Yardage markers
150-yardage markers are measured to the center of the green.
Player equipment
Each player must have a bag and clubs.
Roads and drainage ditches
Take a free drop from roads and drainage ditches within one club length of the nearest point of relief, no nearer the hole.
Playing through
Slow players shall invite faster players through.
