Local Rules
Out of bounds and internal out of bounds
Perimeter fence, white lines and stakes define boundaries; internal out of bounds applies on specified hole sides including 1,2,5,10,11,14 left and 6,15,9,18 right sections.
Penalty areas and drop zones
Yellow penalty areas border greens on holes 4 and 13; additional drop zones apply for specified areas on holes 4,6,13 and 15.
Abnormal course conditions
Bird-damaged or lifted areas and exposed tree roots in fairway-height grass are ground under repair; specified areas behind greens and tees are one immovable obstruction.
Integral objects
Internal out-of-bounds stakes when not serving that function, stone walls by greens 4 and 13, retaining walls in penalty areas and chipped pruning zones are integral objects.
Ball deflected by electrical cables
If known or virtually certain that the ball hits electrical cables while playing holes 1 or 10, the stroke must be replayed.

Preferred lies apply only when posted with the full text on the noticeboard.
