Witbos Local Rules — abnormal conditions and integral elements
Military concrete roads, gravel/plastic paths, shelters, utility and irrigation fixtures, concrete beams, reservoir walls, concertina wire, distance markers and safety nets are fixed obstructions or integral elements as specified. Areas marked as ground under repair are no-play zones with compulsory relief.
Witbos Local Rules — dropping zones and winter greens
A dropping zone is provided behind hole 3 when the ball lies against or nearly against the building wall; on hole 5, a ball in the berm right of the green must be dropped behind the winter green. The PDF also defines winter greens as no-play zones within three club-lengths of the blue flag.
Witbos Local Rules — out of bounds and course boundaries
Military buildings define out of bounds. On holes 6/13 and 8/15, the boundary is the imaginary line between the last boundary stakes; hole-specific fences, white stakes and driving-range boundaries are listed in the official PDF.
