The wildlife fence defines out of bounds and allows limited relief when the ball is within two club-lengths. The penalty area between holes 3 and 4 is a no-play zone. Roads, paths and supported young trees are immovable obstructions; drainage behind green 16 and washed bunker areas are ground under repair. A ball striking a power line or the mast on holes 9 or 18 is replayed without penalty. Artificial embankments and close tree protection grids are integral objects.

Phones are for emergencies only. Players must replace divots, repair pitchmarks, keep carts and bags away from tees and within four metres of greens, avoid driving between bunker and green, and place rakes in the bunker in the direction of play.
