Distance markers
White, red and yellow markers indicate 100m, 150m and 200m respectively to the front of the green.
Electric-fence relief
A ball on the course within two club-lengths of the electric fence may take free relief under Rule 16.1 using the specified reference point.
Abnormal ground
Drainage ditches throughout the course are abnormal ground even when not separately marked; free relief is available. Blue posts and/or white circles also mark abnormal ground.
No-play zone
The penalty area right of hole 6 is a no-play zone for safety. Entry is prohibited and relief must be taken under Rule 17.1e.
Out of bounds
Out of bounds is marked by white posts; white lines prevail. The electric fence along holes 1, 2, 4, 7, 8 and 14 and the guardrail right of hole 8 also define out of bounds where no white posts exist. A ball beyond the road is out of bounds.
Penalty areas
Penalty areas are marked by yellow or red posts and/or lines; where both exist, the line governs.
