A ball in an un-raked bunker footprint or related disturbance may be lifted, cleaned and placed in the bunker, no closer to the hole, at the golfer’s discretion.
Rams Hill has no drop areas
The official local-rules page expressly states that there are no drop areas on the Rams Hill Course.
Rams Hill developed parcels are out of bounds
All developed private parcels, including houses, adjoining yards and fenced areas, are out of bounds whether or not staked. Marked locations are right of fairway 1, beyond green 2, and left of fairway 14. The page describes stroke-and-distance relief or the posted two-stroke fairway-edge option.
Rams Hill water is a red penalty area

Daily-fee tee times are paid in full at booking and fully refundable up to 48 hours before tee time. With less notice, 50 percent is held on account for future golf and the remaining 50 percent is forfeited; held balances expire after 12 months.
