Out of bounds – white stakes
Out of bounds is marked by white stakes.
Out of bounds – fence boundaries on holes 5, 9, 18 and 24
On holes 5, 9, 18 and 24, the fence posts define the boundary; a ball beyond the fence is out of bounds even if it rests on another part of the course.
Red penalty area – hole 23
The one-sided red penalty area on the left of hole 23 extends indefinitely.
No-play zones – blue stakes with green tops
An area marked by blue stakes with green tops is a no-play zone treated as ground under repair; relief without penalty is required.
Ground under repair – white spray lines
A white spray line around an area defines the boundary of ground under repair.
Bunker furrows
Bunker areas where running water has removed sand and caused deep furrows are abnormal course conditions.
Hole-specific distance markers and net relief
Distance markers are immovable obstructions; when taking relief from the protective net between holes 14 and 15, do not measure the nearest point through or under the net.
