Course markings and fixed obstructions
At Tahko Old and Lake & Forest courses, irrigation covers and all distance markers are fixed obstructions; marked ground-under-repair areas include white/blue-marked areas, sod seams, gravel or sand surface drains, deep runoff grooves in bunkers and wood-chip areas from stump grinding. Relief is without penalty where the applicable rule permits.
Ball striking an overhead power line
If a ball played from the course strikes an overhead power line, the stroke must be replayed without penalty. If the original ball is not immediately recoverable, another ball may be substituted.
