Immovable obstructions
GUR, newly laid turf, staked trees, decorative stone or bark, paths, posting rails and specified cabinets or mast are immovable obstructions under Rule 16.
Out of bounds
The driving range, clubhouse patio and surrounds, car parks, specified driveway areas and marked white-stake boundaries are out of bounds.
Red penalty areas on holes 8, 10, 15 and 18
The penalty areas on holes 8, 10, 15 and 18 are red; lateral, back-on-line or stroke-and-distance relief is available with one penalty stroke.
Overhead power lines
A ball striking the overhead power cables must be replayed without penalty.
Sprinkler heads
Relief without penalty is available when a sprinkler head interferes with the ball, stance or swing, with nearest point within one club-length.
