Prepared rock arranged for drainage or erosion control, concrete and rock embedded in concrete are immovable obstructions outside penalty areas.
Relief for specified desert-edge and tree-well situations
Free relief may apply when the ball is in specified desert-edge or tree-well situations affecting the swing or swing path, subject to the published conditions.
