Major Risks
Water and wetlands Water guards the first green, the 11th tee shot, the 15th approach and the 18th tee; wetlands surround the 16th green and the 17th drive crosses a wetland. Tiered and sloped greens Steep ridges and multiple tiers can turn a technically good approach into a difficult putt if the ball finishes on the wrong section. Tree and bunker corridors Dense trees and strategically placed bunkers punish inaccurate drives and can remove the preferred approach angle.
Blue Tee Strategy
Confirm current tees, hole locations, penalty-area markings and club Local Rules before play. On hole 1, favor the left for the layup angle and avoid water around the green. On hole 11, select enough club for the water carry and favor the safe part of the kidney-shaped green. On hole 16, treat the wetland-surrounded green as a precision target.
