Local Rules
Out of bounds
White stakes and the course boundary define out of bounds.
Penalty areas
Yellow stakes define front penalty areas and red stakes define lateral penalty areas.
Ground under repair
Blue stakes and white or blue broken lines define ground under repair.
Mandatory drop zone
Where indicated, the mandatory drop zone must be used.
Power lines
If a ball hits an electric cable crossing the course, the stroke must be replayed.
Stones in bunkers
Stones in bunkers may be removed without penalty.
Course paths
Paths are integral parts of the course except concrete and asphalt paths, from which relief may be taken without penalty.
Distance devices
Devices measuring distance are permitted under EGA rules; devices measuring slopes, wind speed or temperature are not permitted.
