Official Black Bridge Local Rules: white stakes and defined boundaries mark out of bounds; yellow and red stakes mark penalty areas, including no-entry penalty areas on holes 4, 6, 9 and 18; optional drop zones are provided on holes 6, 8, 15 and 16; irrigation, drainage, bins, covers, fixed signs, benches, ball washers, supported trees, power poles and the stone wall at hole 15 are immovable obstructions; blue stakes, white spray or GUR signs mark ground under repair; special procedures apply to power-line shots and storm evacuation.
