White posts OB; red plates/posts penalty area; blue posts GUR; blue with green top no-play.
Marked stakes and plates
Posts and colored plates for distances/boundaries are immovable obstructions with relief under Rule 16.1.
Hole 12/15 boundary
OB markers between holes 12 and 15 apply only when playing hole 15; otherwise posts are immovable obstructions.
