Estonian Golf & Country Club Local Rules
Sea Course: out of bounds is defined by white stakes/fence posts, plots, fences, walls and the outer pond edge at hole 13; unmarked water uses its natural edge and unmarked penalty areas are red. Blue-staked/white-lined areas are ground under repair, roads and paths are immovable obstructions, and internal walls/fences are integral objects. Stone Course adds wrong-green relief, ancient-grave no-play zones, power-line replay without penalty and Model Local Rule E-5 with a two-stroke penalty.

Visitors must follow the local rules and R&A rules, repair ball marks and divots, rake bunkers, return carts, keep phones silent and not play loud audio. Golf cart driving and rental are permitted from age 15.
