Out of bounds
Public roads and paths, all areas beyond them, and areas beyond fences or the white-stake line are out of bounds.
Ready Golf
Ready Golf is recommended where safe and consistent with the competition conditions.
Internal out of bounds on hole 13
When playing hole 13, the area to the right beyond the white-stake line at hole 14 is out of bounds; those stakes are immovable obstructions for other holes.
Ground under repair
Ground under repair is marked according to the club’s current local rules; take the relief required by the applicable Rule 16 procedure.
Protected biotope at hole 6
The red penalty area at hole 6 marked with green-topped stakes is a protected biotope and a no-play zone under Rule 2.4; it must not be entered.
Temporary local rules
The club may amend or supplement local rules; players must check the current official notice or the secretary’s office.
Course priority
Follow the club’s course-safety and playing instructions, including instructions from the marshal or starter.
Immovable obstructions
The club’s current local rules and competition conditions define the applicable immovable obstructions and relief procedures.
Competition penalty
Unless a rule provides otherwise, breach of the competition local rules carries the applicable general penalty under the competition conditions.
