Penalty-area drop zone left of hole 2
For a ball in the penalty area left and behind hole 2, the drop zone left of the green is an additional relief area under Rule 14.3.
Electric boundary fence relief
When the ball is on the course and within one club-length of the electric boundary fence, free relief may be taken under Rule 16.1 using the specified reference point.
No-play zones and abnormal ground conditions
Blue stakes with green tops identify no-play ground under repair. Blue stakes, white spray lines, exposed rock at fairway height or lower, bunker erosion and large hard anthills are covered by the stated Rule 16 provisions.
