Roads, sprinklers and markings
White markings are out of bounds, red markings penalty areas, blue markings ground under repair and green-top markings play-prohibited areas. Roads and paths are immovable obstructions with Rule 16.1 relief; sprinklers near the green may also qualify for the published extra relief.
