Local Rules
Unusual course conditions and free relief
Specified fixed obstructions and unmarked abnormal ground conditions, including greenkeeper work, fresh renovation, vehicle tracks, new plantings and certain exposed concrete bunker bases, qualify for free relief.
Electric boundary fence and power lines
The outer boundary is the electrified wild-boar fence. Within two club-lengths of it, free relief under Rule 16.1 is available. If a ball hits a power line or pole, the stroke does not count and must be replayed without penalty.
Thunderstorm suspension signals
One repeated long tone means immediate suspension; two repeated short tones mean resume; three repeated long tones mean abandon play.
