Out of bounds is defined by white stakes, fences or walls. Picon waste areas and stone walls are integral parts of the course.
Lateral water hazards
Lateral water hazards are marked with red stakes.
Immovable and movable obstructions
Tee seats and markers, ball washers, bins, cart paths, drainage, sprinklers, irrigation equipment, water deposits, sewer grates, distance markers, drip tubes and tutored trees are immovable obstructions. Bunker rakes, bunker stones and cart signs are movable obstructions.

Pace of play and distance markers
The allowed playing time for each 9 holes is 2 hours and 20 minutes. Distances are measured to the center of the green; red, yellow and white markers indicate 100, 150 and 200 metres.
