Penalty areas
The red penalty area on hole 10, to the right of and beyond the green, is infinite where defined on one side. The red penalty area on hole 12, on the right up to the road, is infinite where defined on one side.
No-play zones and abnormal conditions
Blue stakes mark abnormal ground conditions under Rule 16; green-topped markers indicate a no-play zone under Rule 2.
Out of bounds
When the boundary marking ends with double out-of-bounds stakes, the line between the stakes indicates the continuing boundary.
Temporary preferred lies
When active, on hole 14 a ball touching fairway-height or lower grass may be placed once without penalty within one club-length of its original spot, not nearer the hole and on the general area.

Major Risks
Protected areas Biotopes and no-play zones can remove the direct line and require rule-based relief. Boundary holes Out of bounds affects holes 9, 10 and 13–18, including roads and paths on 17 and 18.
