Course-care requests
Players are asked to replace divots, repair ball marks and rake traps.
90-degree cart rule
The scorecard puts the 90-degree cart rule in effect at all times and requires carts to remain on paths around tees and greens.
Distance markers
Sprinkler distances are measured to the center of greens; yellow and white fairway blocks indicate 150 and 100 yards to center.
Out of bounds definition
White stakes or boundary fences define out of bounds; balls in the parking lot or clubhouse area are also out of bounds.
Listed obstructions
The scorecard lists shelters, culverts, 150-yard bushes, cart paths, arboretum signs, water fountains and maintenance areas as obstructions; swing and stance relief applies.
Governing rules
USGA Rules govern all play at Elks Country Club, subject to the listed Local Rules.
Lateral water holes
All water hazards on holes 8, 10, 11, 15, 16 and 18 are marked lateral/red under the scorecard Local Rules.

Regulations
Cart and trail fees
The membership page lists an annual cart fee of $725 and trail fee of $600; the trail fee requires a signed contract and proof of insurance.
Junior membership privileges

Golf and pool membership runs April 1 through March 31; confirm current category and renewal terms with the club.

Member balances are due by the 15th of the following month; privileges may be suspended when an account is more than 30 days past due.
