Ant hills
Ant hills on the course are no-play zones and must be treated as ground under repair; mandatory free relief applies under Rule 16.1f.
Power line hole 15
If it is known or virtually certain that a ball hit a power line while playing hole 15, the stroke must be cancelled and replayed from the previous spot.
Suspension of play
One long signal means dangerous-condition suspension; repeated three signals mean other suspension; repeated two signals mean play resumes.
Integrated tree nets
Nets around trees are integral objects; free relief is not allowed.
Motorised transport
During a competition round, motorised transport is prohibited unless approved by the committee; listed home-club or SGF permissions are exceptions. General penalty applies per affected hole.
Immovable objects and robot mower
A robot mower in its charging station or stopped on the course is an immovable obstruction; free relief under Rule 16.1 is available.
Ground under repair
Blue stakes or plates, white spray lines, washed-out bunker channels, exposed rock in closely mown areas and gravel-filled drainage trenches identify ground under repair as specified on the club page.
Penalty area hole 4
The red penalty area on the left of hole 4, defined on one side only, is infinite.

Course Character
The course changes rhythm at the turn: the open parkland introduces water and broad views, while the forest nine tightens the visual corridors. The lake, manor setting and mature trees give it a particularly scenic Dalsland identity. Forsbacka is an 18-hole Swedish park-and-forest course winding around Lake Forsbackasjön, with an open, water-rich front nine and a more enclosed woodland back nine. Major Risks
Protected areas Biotopes and no-play zones can remove the direct line and require rule-based relief. Boundary holes Out of bounds affects holes 9, 10 and 13–18, including roads and paths on 17 and 18.
