Local Rules
De Kluizen Local Rules — ESA and dropping zones
ESA is marked by red stakes with green tops; play is prohibited and relief follows Rule 17.1. The PDF specifies dropping zones for hole 3-12 when a ball from blue/yellow tee enters the second ESA, and for hole 6-15 when a ball is lost in the water hazard behind the green.
De Kluizen Local Rules — obstructions and GUR
Fixed obstructions include protective nets, paved/grated paths, covers, sprinklers, benches, ball washers, information boards, tents, hole 9 lights and wooden bunker screens. Blue lines or stakes mark ground under repair; play is prohibited and relief under Rule 16.1 is required. Blue-staked bunkers are also GUR.
De Kluizen Local Rules — out of bounds and course flow
Out of bounds is marked by white stakes/lines and the outside boundary fence. The driving range, putting/chipping area, shop path and parking are out of bounds. The PDF also sets traffic priority for players crossing between hole combinations 3-12 and 6-15.
