Path around the 18th green
On the path to the left or rear of the 18th green, within the white lines or edging, the ball may be played as it lies or treated as unplayable under the one-stroke penalty procedure.
Aeration holes
If a ball rests in an aeration hole, the player may lift and clean it without penalty; through the green drop as near as possible not nearer the hole, and on the putting green place at the nearest suitable spot.
Immovable obstructions
All artificially surfaced roads, paths and steps are immovable obstructions, subject to the exceptions and inclusions stated in the club rule.
Movable bunker stones
Stones in bunkers are movable obstructions and Rule 24-1 applies.
Out of bounds
Out of bounds beyond any hedge, railing, fence or boundary marker post; special boundaries apply on holes 1, 7, 10 and 18, including public roads, white posts, hedges, access roads, car park and clubhouse boundaries.
Protected trees
Young trees identified by stakes, plastic guards or wrappings are protected. If they interfere with stance or swing, the ball must be lifted without penalty and dropped under the immovable-obstruction procedure; the ball may be cleaned.
