White stakes mark OOB, yellow stakes water hazards, red stakes lateral water hazards, blue stakes GUR and blue/black tops GUR with no play.
Immovable obstructions
Yellow, red and blue stakes, distance markers, sprinklers, drain grates and supported trees are immovable obstructions with relief under the published rule.
Stones in bunkers
Stones in bunkers are movable obstructions under the published local rules.
Water-hazard provisional ball
When uncertain whether a ball is in a water hazard, a provisional may be played under the listed Rule 26-1 options and the original/provisional ball procedure.
Constructed paths
Constructed paths and paths marked with white lines are treated as artificially surfaced areas with relief under the published rule.
Distance-measuring devices
A device may be used only to obtain distance; measuring slope, wind, temperature or other playing factors violates the local rule.
