Local Rule F-9: Tree Roots
Exposed tree roots meeting the club’s stated fairway-height and distance conditions are treated as ground under repair, with free relief under Rule 16.1b.
Local Rule F-12: Dog Dung
A ball touching or in dog dung in the general area may receive free relief under Rule 16.1b, dropped within one club length no nearer the hole.
Local Rule F-10: Dog Paw Prints in Bunkers
A ball in a dog paw print in a bunker may receive free relief under Rule 16.1b, dropped within one club length in the bunker.
Temporary Local Rule: Fallen Tree at Hole 4
The fallen tree on the right of the 4th is treated as ground under repair; free relief is available under Rule 16.1b within one club length.
Local Rule E-3: Preferred Lies
Preferred lies are in force when indicated by the club’s course status; apply the current E-3 procedure.
