Out of bounds and internal boundary – hole 14
White stakes/lines, roads and wildlife fences define out of bounds. On hole 14, the right side marked by white stakes with black backs is internal out of bounds; those stakes are boundary objects on hole 14 and immovable obstructions elsewhere.
Hole-specific penalty areas
The published red penalty areas have hole-specific limits, including areas on holes 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 12 and 13, while certain one-sided areas around holes 5, 8, 9, 10, 13, 16 and 17 extend infinitely.
Power line – holes 14 and 17
If it is known or virtually certain that a ball struck a power line while playing hole 14 or 17, the stroke must be replayed from the previous location under the stated local rule.
GUR, obstructions and integral objects
Blue stakes/markings and white spray lines identify GUR; bunker erosion and anthills have specified relief options. Stationary robot mowers are immovable obstructions, while artificial walls directly adjoining bunker edges are integral objects with no free relief.

The coastal position makes wind and changing weather important strategic factors. Protected areas Biotopes and no-play zones can remove the direct line and require rule-based relief. Boundary holes Out of bounds affects holes 9, 10 and 13–18, including roads and paths on 17 and 18.

Regulations
Weather and scorecard procedure
One long horn signal suspends play for danger; three repeated signals suspend for other reasons; two repeated signals resume play. An uncertified competition scorecard receives the general penalty at the final hole.
