Penalty areas: holes 4 and 12
The red penalty area on the left of hole 4 and right of hole 12, defined on one side, is infinite.
Hole 15 opposite-side relief
For the red penalty area on hole 15, opposite-side relief is available under Model Local Rule 8B-2.2 with one penalty stroke; relief area is two club-lengths from the reference point, not nearer the hole and not in the same penalty area.
Ground under repair and no-play zones
Blue stakes/markings and white spray lines define ground under repair; blue stakes with green tops define no-play zones. Deep water ruts in bunkers and gravel-filled drainage channels are also ground under repair.
Integral objects
Stone walls, and artificial walls and posts in penalty areas, are integral objects.
Competition transport restriction
During a competition round, motorized transport is prohibited except authorized Committee or applicable medical/home-club/SGF exceptions; general penalty applies per hole.
Scorecard certification
For competition rounds, an unattested or unsigned scorecard receives the general penalty under the club modification of Rule 3.3b(2), applied to the final hole.
