Infinite red penalty areas – holes 8 and 9
The red penalty area left of hole 8 and the red penalty areas on hole 9, each defined on one side only, are infinite.
Ground under repair – rocks and bunker furrows
Ground under repair includes exposed rocks in areas cut to fairway height or lower and bunker areas with deep furrows caused by running water.
Immovable obstructions
Suspended life rings and posts, distance markers, and the net at hole 12 are immovable obstructions; relief for the net must use the nearest point without measuring over, through or under it.
Integrated planting areas and stones
Planting pits/areas with gravel or sand around trees, and large stone blocks, are integral objects; Rule 16.1 does not apply.
