Placement rule
The committee may introduce preferred lies under Model Local Rule E-3 and define the scope for the day or competition.
Cart paths
The club’s competition documents may modify the permanent federation treatment of paths; check the current event rules before play.
General penalty
Unless a local rule states otherwise, breach carries the general penalty defined by the applicable Rules of Golf.
Ground under repair
Relief for abnormal course conditions follows the current applicable Rule 16 procedure and any published Guadalhorce modification.
Permanent federation rules
Rounds are played under the current permanent local rules of the Real Federación Andaluza de Golf, together with the RFEG rules, code of conduct and pace-of-play policy.
Competition-specific modifications
The club’s competition committee may publish additional or modified local rules for a particular event; players must use the current event document.
Out of bounds
Out-of-bounds boundaries and any event-specific boundary modifications must be taken from the current official local-rules document supplied for the round.
