Local Rules
Power lines and towers
A ball hitting any power line over the course in bounds must be replayed without penalty. A ball hitting any tower, in or out of bounds, or a power line over out of bounds must be played as it lies, or if out of bounds with stroke-and-distance penalty.
Tee-area fences
Fences protecting teeing areas are immovable obstructions. If taking relief, proceed to the nearest point of relief and drop within one club length, not nearer the hole.
Newly staked trees
Relief must be taken, not nearer the hole, so that the player’s stance, swing of the club, or flight of the ball will not hit any newly planted trees.
Out of bounds and penalty areas
Out of bounds is identified by white stakes on holes 1, 5, and 9, and by the left margin of the pond on hole 9. Red stakes identify lateral hazards; yellow stakes identify water hazards.
Roads and paths
Roads and paths, including their surfaces and sides, are immovable obstructions. If taking relief, proceed to the nearest point of relief and drop within one club length, not nearer the hole.

Regulations
Course conduct
Singles and twosomes must be willing to form groups of three or four. Shirts must be worn; each player must have their own set of clubs.
Pace and course care
Slow players should allow faster players through. Replace divots, smooth traps, and keep bags and carts off tees and greens.
Practice and group size
Practice is limited to the putting greens and nets. Group hitting is allowed only at the first tee; no fivesomes are allowed.
Alcohol on course
No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the course.
